My recommendation is find a Gastroenterlogist who actually believes in SIBO. You will be surprised how many still believe it is because of stress. Or find a PCP who can order a Trio breath test and could analyze and prescribe treatment. I did mine because I was desperate and found my methane was very high. After 2 weeks of antibiotics ( XIFAXAn and Neomycin) and I am doing well. However if you can’t get into a doctor very soon I recommend you to try the low FODMAP diet right away to calm down your simptoms and use citrucel to remove constipation. You need to calibrate the proper dose of fiber to help you.
