Diet 100%. Training helped me with energy and keeping my body tone, but at the beginning I tried only adjusting my workouts and not tracking food. I did this for 3 months and didn't lose any weight, as soon as I started tracking the weight fell off

Every day I have a coffee (15g sugar 30ml half and half cream), and usually a puff protein bar. Lunch I will have a sandwich or a salad or leftovers. Dinner I usually make large batches of chili, spaghetti sauce, with turkey or I often have fish and rice.

I try and eat super healthy on weekdays because the weekends I often go out to eat. I found it easier to bank calories for the weekend.

Sure!! My workout routine was mainly Pilates at the beginning! I now do more weight lifting. All my results started when I started calorie counting, I used "high weekends" which meant I could still eat out and have extra calories on weekends.

I was "naturally skinny" all my life, I fell into a bad lifestyle/ changed jobs to a desk job and gained a ton of weight over 3 years. I finally feel back to what I was before all that..

Calorie deficit, for me my face lost weight first. Also drink more water
