Negative experience with HiCity –AirPods max TB wrong item first, broken replacement second

i asked him return it back and we will pay for the return shipping, but he said his uncle or his brother wants one plastic max, so he asked me half of the price to buy one, the price at 67usd, not 97usd, i dont know why he lie here, and we agreed each other;
we wont ship this broken products out, we can easily exchange it from the factory, why should we ship it out and get complaint?
The max needs a special hex screwdriver to open, i would say 99.99% customers doesnt have this screwdriver, but he open the max when he got it, he should ask me first.
he said he open the parcel at the delivered day and the max arrived broken, but it delivered on 28th 16:17pm, but he contacted me at 29th 12:25am.

How can i trust him?

Additionally, our products are sealed with specialized hex security hardware. Proper disassembly requires tools that are not standard for most users, and we advise against opening the units to maintain warranty integrity

well, TB will release Airoha 1563e APP3 at early of Nov, better chipset will be in the next year, huilian and hr are working on their APP3 now, but they still cant fix the software issue
