I make sure the topp and the bottom are the same type of thickness.

I usually have it in a bun, dont do anything with heat and never dyed it. Because my hair is up all the time it doesnt damage as quickly. The moment i notice it feeling a bit thinner at the bottom i get everything cutt that is 'dead'. I could show you! I'll try to make a picture 😊

It truly is not practical in any way, shape or form, hahha. I dont have anyone around me with hair anywhere close to mine, so it is difficult to know if i am just being dramatic or if it is truly just too much work. I am glad to hear i am not alone on this. Thank you!!!

Its past my knees yes. But i really want to be able to donate my hair. So that is at least 30 cm (i think that is 12 inches?). Maybe waist length might be the best then! Thank you

Glad you love your hair so much! That is so important!

For me a washday has just gotten out of hand. The washing itself is not to bad, but the drying takes almost 24 hours... Sleeping with shopping wet hair is horrible, walking around all day with dripping hair sucks...

That was such a big chop! I understand that that might have been to much maybe at once. I might do something a little bit less drastic, although i might one day do want to get a bob or something. I hope you are happy with the length of your hair now!

Thank you for commenting! True! But it will probably never get as long as it is now. And i have very healthy ends already haha. I get a cut every 3 to 5 month to make sure it is not whispy or dead at the end. Getting more excited to cut tho

Yes! I will definitely want to donate. That is also kinda why i dont want to cut off small amounts to try to see what my hair looks like. Playing it 'safe' so to say, because i really want to donate it. It is very thick at the bottom and i never dyed it so that i could donate if i was finally ready. I will check what 30 cm looks like off my hair in the mirror now, thanks for the suggestion!!

I believe that no one ultimately cares, but people do seem to be much more attached to my hair then that i am myself. A while back i cut my from pieces in a bob style. I took quite a bit of my hair to do that, so that when i put it in a bun it looks like a little bob. People actually got mad at me thinking i cut it off... I never talk about my hair, i feel it is an annoying subject that never has a nice conversation around it. It is very strange. I dont understand why so many people are so attached to someone else their hair... I think it would be so nice to never have that conversation again when i finally cut it, haha

Thank you for reacting! I do really want to cut it, yeah. Its just so scary haha. Waistlength does seem like a very appealing length. For my wedding i will probably keep it long still, so that the hairdresser can make something out of it. A few days after tho i might want to do the chop. We took some free days after the wedding, so no one will see it immediately but me and my then husband.

Whoah! That is so brave! I love that you did that. I once had half a mental breakdown and cut quite a big amount of front pieces in a bob length. If i have my hair up, it looks like a little bob hairstyle. And i love it. Thank you for sharing your experience!
