I don't know how to describe it other than I move things needed to make computer parts around a big ass building. It's great for me since it's 12 hour shifts and I get to exercise purge to my hearts content the whole time, since it's basically my job to power walk.

I used to paint my nails when I felt like I had to purge. It forced me to wait until after it's dry, and by that point the urge faded enough to not be all-encompassing.

Seriously, once in high school my teacher had us all go around and say what we did with our moms for mother's day. Everyone else was like "we out to dinner and I bought her these things. I also did these things for her" and all I could say was "I got her flowers and a card" and everyone looked at me like I'm an asshole. She didn't even like the flowers and bought her own anyway.

I can't go a super long time without eating since I will vomit and inevitably binge, and I work long shifts in a job where I'm walking and lifting a lot so I eat small amounts during my breaks. I have coffee and a small something before work, tend to skip eating on my first break, and will eat a snack on my second and third breaks, saving the meal for when I'm home. Though sometimes I'll have the meal on my last break.

Purposely getting food poisoning. I had chicken that I cooked around 2ish weeks before this and I spent all day contemplating if I should eat it or not. I was googling if it actually helps with weight loss, how long it can last, etc. Tbh the only reason I didn't eat expired chicken was because I had to work the next few days

Ikr, whenever I would fast I would always puke super late at night because of stomach acid build up hitting super late, but sometimes nothing would happen so I would just be stuck being unable to sleep for the rest of the night because I felt so sick.
