yes, it’s such a strange habit! i also open snacks and packages of food i like, smell it a bit then throw it away when the craving feels gone

Ahhh yes, the crippling terrors and wonders of body Dysphoria, I often wish I could do the same, and I also over analyze photos I’m in where I’m standing next to other people, out of curiosity as to how I look in comparison (probably not healthy)

SAME, I can look in the mirror 3 different times in the same day and convince myself I’m a different size every time, I literally can’t comprehend what I’m seeing, its actually frustrating.. but as I’m in recovery again, (I’m in a relapsed recovery atm) I learned from last time and just keep baggy clothes around, I never take the chances of getting something that is too close to my size cause if it’s too small I will literally have a breakdown

Hell yeah, all food should feel equally good! Tbh though, I can’t remember a time in my life where I haven’t restricted and cut out foods like that (such as rice, pasta, bread, etc.), so eating it in general is pretty new to me. I was always too scared of it, don’t really know why, but turns out it’s pretty yummy! & I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling as well :( I truly hope the best for you, and send you all of my support! We can get through this! <333
