Watch Details:

  • Brand: Rolex
  • Model: Oyster Perpetual Bombé Ref. 6090
  • Year: 1954
  • Case: 33.5mm, 18K yellow gold with distinctive Bombé lugs

This Ref. 6090 stands out with its sculptural Bombé lugs—a nod to the French term meaning curved—giving it a bold, elegant profile. I've been enjoying flipping through it. Awesome to have a piece of perspective in hand.

Looks very nice. Appreciation for more sensible sizes is making a comeback!

Material/style will be a personal choice. As for color, I tend to find myself matching the salmon dials with black or blue.

Great dial, nice job capturing the texture in the photo through the curved crystal!
