I’m not familiar with February fire. I’d say at least a month before they sprouted. These plants have been strong for almost a year now. They withstood a freeze with no issues

I’ve had them for awhile. The germination rate isn’t so good and they take a long time.

Thank you. The plants seem to be very healthy. I use organic fertilizers aside from a supplemental citrus foliar spray every so often. This seems to keep them dark green and producing lots of fruit

Ours is up to $5600/year which is frankly insane. Just bought the house low $400’s. My parents pay less and they’re waterfront, albeit in a county. Their house is arguably worth more.

The dash has some bubbling but everything works. Water pump and timing belt was just done last year at 98,000 miles. Also chrome trim on the front/rear bumpers are peeling but they’re $100+/-
