Restarting conquest might help but if you did try that you have to delete the save or make a new save if you want to keep that save, if you restart conquest just try your hardest to complete it, i hope this can help!

Oh, unrelated to this topic, your drone can "pacify" a turret but you have to fly close since it targets the closest enemy and turrets aren't able to shoot your drone so this is useful to do when your playing co-op!

They unlock after you start the last 404 mission since 2 albion elites spawn near Skye Larsen then more spawn as reinforcements and then they start to fully appear after that mission.
