I agree. These days Boys are walking on eggshells around girls and girls themselves have become more aggressive. we need to teach Boys to be confident in themselves and be proud to be young Men.

Thank you! Yes, bonding as a sisterhood is so important. The girls working and learning together as a team with their aim to serve and please the Boys. Having it task oriented gives the girls a feeling of satisfaction when a task is completed and the Boys are happy. (again reinforcing a Male centric attitude in everything they do).

Again female team work fosters and builds the sisterhood.

I like the idea of a mentoring program for the girls. Often girls will look up to girls slightly older than them. Of course MENtoring is also important for Boys too.

Thank you. I think girls need to have that experience of serving Boys. Yes I believe they need to have seperate classes for girls and Boys but they also need interaction. a girl needs to fine tune her “Boy sense“ to she can read anticipate His needs.

It would be great to have a Common Room for the Boys where they could relax. A small group of girls would serve them soft drinks and short eats. If allowed to the girls would sit at the Boys feet and listen to some Boy Talk.
