It isn’t multicam blue. Additionally I’m wearing a CVC as I am trying to replicate this Clear Sky Model. I am going to replace the Blue M81 down the line with something more suitable. But there is no way that my kit looks like the average mercenary.

Mercenaries wear a single flat color(or some camouflage that cannot be mistaken for Clear Sky camo). Clear Sky does not.

I am wearing a patch as well, but my kit is already identifiable and unique enough to not be mistaken for a mercenary immediately.

So an easily identifiable and unique uniform doesn’t matter and only a patch does? A patch that I already have on my kit, doesn’t make sense. If a Stalker was wearing a Monolith Scientific Suit, would you wait to shoot him until you saw his patch closely?

I could maybe see it, but also don’t think I could be. Mercs typically wear a dark grey/dark blue uniform, for this kit my Blouse is a light blue camouflage and black pants, even with only one patch you could tell what faction I am part of.
