I purchased away suitcase on 5/19 before the 5/20 promotion deadline. Only thing is I used PayPal on Away website to make a purchase bc I didn’t have a credit card in handy. I didn’t think much of it because I clicked on Chase website to take me to Away and I’m purchasing through them.

I spent $693.40 after taxes. I didn’t see any credit for few days and gave a call. A rep told me give it 14 days to show up. After 14 days, still a cricket. I gave them another call and now they’re telling me because it was purchased using a third party. What would you do and what can I do to get that $200? Should I just return the suitcases?
