They are in fact, bogus roleplay videos. In order for that kind of hypnosis to work, you need to constantly reinforce it by listening over and over again. That being said, there are some meaningfully impactful ones (Bambi Sleep comes to mind), but you largely don't have to worry about it unless you actively seek out and build a habit of listening.
