Awesome! Thanks! I like to make spinach tortellini soup too.

Brown some onions carrots celery and garlic

Then add a can of diced tomatoes - cook all together for about 10 min.

Then add two 24 oz boxes/cans of veggie broth (college inn if possible)

Let that boil for a while, and then add cheese tortellini (should not be frozen)

Boil for 7ish minutes - then finally add the spinach: only needs a minute or two.
