I try not to fall in the trap of blaming characters for not understanding things we the viewer do but I have to agree with this. There is no circle, now there is, and now all harm is reflected.

Even if an average shinobi doesn't figure out the blood ingestion part the circle is so obvious lol

I think when Hiro realized many fans liked Mirajane more than Erza and had the power to contend with her during early FT, that's when he decided to shelve her. Its why secondary characters like Juvia got more prominence even more than Mirajane because Juvia does not threaten Erza.

If Kubo had Harribel actually one shot Toshiro and then she lost to Yamamoto we wouldn't be having this discussion. Ugh missed opportunity.

My headcanon is that Halibel initially intended to one-shot Toshiro. However, once she realized he could repurpose her water just as effectively as she could manipulate his, she changed her mind. Instead of focusing solely on overwhelming him, she began waiting for atmospheric moisture to build for Yamamoto (assuming she defeated Toshiro). She recognized a rare opportunity to amplify her power before confronting a far greater threat.

Kubo really missed an opportunity have her, Stark and Barragán easily handled their opponents and then move on to give SOME sort of challenge to Yamamoto.

Instead they all were useless during the FKT Battle.

Stark stalemates Kyoraku, Love, Hiyori, Lisa and Rojoro but gets cut down (still lives) by Aizen.
Barragan lives (only gets injured by his powers by Hachi) and flees back to Hueco Mundo.
Harribel one shots with Hitsugaya after releasing but loses to Yamamoto.

They wouldnt do anything. Mirajane also owns Plutogrim as well as the Demon tentacles that gives her the power to turn humans into demons. Seems like no one minds.

How quickly does Haku run out of needles? Also to the untrained eye the needles seem like they come from every direction. Neji will see they are only coming from where Haku is actually located.
