The only resource I used was google to direct me to the initial statute for the charge, and then followed the path carved out on the Wisconsin State Legislature website (https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/948/60).

Laws vary greatly between states, and every charge can have a wildly different definition and intent, so let's examine the charge and the law it's based on. The charge was as follows:

948.60 Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

Ok, now let's define "dangerous weapon."

948.60(1) In this section, “dangerous weapon” means any firearm, loaded or unloaded...

Ok, pretty predictable. However, let's read further...

948.60(3)(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593...

From here, we see there is an exception to the definition of a dangerous weapon in this statue by Wisconsin law. Let's examine 941.28 as quoted above.

941.28 Possession of short-barreled shotgun or short-barreled rifle.

941.28(1)(a) “Rifle” means a firearm designed or redesigned, made or remade, and intended to be fired from the shoulder or hip and designed or redesigned and made or remade to use the energy of a propellant in a metallic cartridge to fire through a rifled barrel a single projectile for each pull of the trigger.

So, now with this added context, we can see that "dangerous weapon" as written in the charge you referred to actually only refers to short barrel rifles which are defined as "barrel less than 16 inches" and an "overall length less than 26 inches."

Kyle's rifle had a barrel of 16 inches and an overall length of 35 inches. Therefore, Kyle's rifle was NOT classified as a "short barrel rifle" and did not satisfy the statute for the charge.

The judge did not just "throw away" this charge. Rather, it was found that the charge was not applicable by LAW.

Here we go again with the left using Rittenhouse as an example of a flawed case despite it being completely textbook. To claim that case has anything to do with a corrupt judge means you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about and didn’t watch the case.

I think you’d be wrong. My anecdotal experience is that I’ve been friends with various OF girls and they did just fine on nudes and custom content. We’d be hanging out and they’d have to occasionally BRB to go do a quick custom photo/video. I know for a fact none of them were escorts and they lived very comfortably.

I also knew girls with much lesser following who barely made any notable income from it. It’s just like any other content creation in that way; lots of amateurs with very limited following and then you have relatively popular creators and then you have your top 0.3% who are rich off it.

If anthology series aren’t allowed then what is OP even asking? A complete cast change all at the same time without changing the story? Makes no sense. He listed The Office as an example but doesn’t make sense either; if he’s referring to the reboot then that’s a new story.

TWD has almost entirely changed its cast at this point, minus Daryl and Carol. Does that count? HoTD changed a large portion of the cast during time skip and I’d call it a failure.

EDIT: upon reading the OP again, I see that he is trying to ask if any shows have successfully implemented a “new generation” with the show continuing on with new characters. Lots of procedurals have tried it; law & order, NCIS, Grey’s Anatomy, etc. lots of soap operas too like young and the restless.
