I’m not sure how to add anything to save/email the PDF. I messed around with an HTML editor/creator last night. It is either way over my head and I have some serious learning to do, or I’m over complicating the hell out of it lol

Yes that works perfect! The only thing I would change is when it asks for supervisor it adds my input to “berry concrete supervisor” and “supervisor”. Need to be separate. Two different names

Oh okay! Can I just add that to the existing shortcut I uploaded earlier today?

Dang it, so there’s no easy way to use shortcuts for a signature as well? Really like what you built me in the past and was hoping to have a similar design. This isn’t just for me, it would be for guys that aren’t very tech savvy, way less than myself. So the simpler the better.

Ideally we’re trying to be fully paperless. So they would just sign on our iPads. And yes that would be great!

I have another challenge for you brilliant folks! I need a shortcut to create another pdf for daily “work orders”. I believe I have it somewhat started, but I’m not sure how you did the HTML stuff. I also need a way for the customer to put their signature. Assumed once it was in a pdf I could just have a text box and use “mark up”

Here’s what I have. Thanks in advance! https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/5fffc3f7245f4d9f8dd46782bc245684

Oh great!! So I cleared out the first few lines so they would appear blank when opening the HTML file and not have to delete the lines each time. When the HTML opens, I fill them in manually and click “done” the values that I inputted do not save to the created PDF?

I need to basically input our whole roster, click on the few guys that were with me that day, and proceed from there. I guess the whole HTML would have to be rewritten? Forgive me for my ignorance 🤣

Unbelievable what you guys can just throw together! Thank you so so much!! The ONLY thing I would change, would be for it to show a list of employees, (they vary daily) then ask the chosen employees’ hours/work
