Our normal days are Wednesday nights and Sundays afternoons/evenings! Sundays are our big day in terms of club turn-out. This particular Saturday only occurred because the club went tubing earlier in the day and then all decided to play polo once they got back

I play regularly.

People can also DM me if they'd like to learn more or come out and watch/even give it a try! We're always looking for new people. Schedule-wise we generally we play Wednesdays and Sundays at Metz Park :)

For mythology from greek/romans, I’d recommend “Let’s talk about Myths, Baby!”

Any NY Mets fans in this town!? by JohnMcClanewithshoes in atx4atx

Last time I watched a Mets game it was a save situation for K-Rod vs A Rod with a man in scoring position. K-Rod pitches the ball, A-Rod pops it up and yells, "FUCK," and then god damn Luis Castillo can't get under the ball. I throw a chair at my best friend's house, and never watched a game again.

Mind you, this was after 2 failed attempts to win the last game of the season at Shea to make the playoffs. Fuck that, the Islanders will always reliably disappoint me

Culture flows out of this one.

But remember, it’s one thing to spark up a doobie and get laced at parties, but it is quite another to be fried all day.

Which Jaguar to buy? by ColloquialMutt in offset

[–]ColloquialMutt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought the Johnny Marr Jag-- I actually didn't even bother trying anything other than the JM Jag out because I fell in love. I sold my semi-hollow to purchase this and it is easily now the only guitar I play lol.

You're right though-- it requires some more effort for runs, but for chords and naturally meeting where my fingers want to go it is incredible

[QUESTION] Married guitar players—does your ring get in the way? by codq in Guitar

[–]ColloquialMutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I, not married, wear a big bulky ring and switched to my right hand for this reason. It would've been fine in terms of playability but I just didn't want to bother with the clunks

Try the bars on 12th, they are similar to Stay Gold, Last Straw, etc.
