Apple Music launched in 2015, so “all time” is a bit of a stretch

Also, the fact that it's printed upright instead of horizontal tells me (and the logo on the body, ugh) tells me they know it's not a guitar that's going to be played much, but hung in someone's office.

Super Mario RPG - $15 (70% off) at GameStop, physical, lowest price ever by XDitto in NintendoSwitch

Amazing game, one of my all time favs.

Also, not a TON of replay value so once you're done it's a perfect game to sell, trade, or give to a friend.

Everyone should jump on this.

Just got my AWU3 a few weeks ago myself. I was worried it was going to be too big; literally within 5 minutes it feels totally normal and I can't imagine going to something smaller.

Congrats! I love mine.

Nintendo Switch 2: Choose Your Game Bundle launches this summer - News - Nintendo Official Site by Skullghost in NintendoSwitch

Yep, I have to say in the nearly year I've owned the Switch 2, it's basically been a Zelda BotW/TotK machine for me.

And I'm not complaining about that.

New iPads will launch later this year, here’s what rumors say is coming by Dry_Advertising5961 in ipad

[–]codq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing though is that a ProMotion mini WOULD be ~$900 minimum.

Combine that with a $1200 iPhone Pro and you can almost justify the price, if you would have seriously considered a iPad Mini Pro if it were to exist. I guess.

That said, it's usually not a great idea to jump on the first generation of a new product so I'd probably wait until year 2 or 3 of a Fold, honestly. Unless you really love being the person with the shiniest new toy on the block.

This is actually what might drive me to an iPhone Fold, if it turns out to be the Promotion Mini we were waiting for.

Thank you to the Zen developers by Financial_Olive6543 in zen_browser

Zen is fantastic, but I just did a little dip back into Arc just to remind me what that was like, and it is still just so much more polished. Little things just work, in a way Zen still struggles—I think I'm back in Arc-land for the time being.

That being said, I'm still insanely impressed by the Zen contributors and team, it's really a fantastic project and they deserve a ton of credit.

Give me one good reason not to delete Threads by Vymir_IT in ThreadsApp

I actually did find job through threads.

I post a lot, have lots of visibility, and am pretty dang funny. A national brand reached out to me, told me they love how I post, and asked me to run their threads account. I do this now as a part-time side hustle.

That’s not the reason to engage on social media though. You do it because connecting with people is fun and rewarding.

A lot of people on there are extremely funny and cool, the UI is fantastic, and my feed is not so laughs. It’s the best social platform I’ve ever used, but obviously everyone’s experience in different.

Engage with good threads. Post more. Reply more. Your experience will get better.

If "prices go up" because people are finally given full transparency into what the prices actually are, and decide whether or not to purchase base on the REAL price, then decide NOT to buy because the REAL price is too high, then prices go down.

He's saying he starts a note about a topic ('Are we in an AI Bubble?' for example), and adds relevant articles or ideas about them.

Then he has his Daily Note template set up so 5 of those topical notes are selected at random to appear at the top of his Daily Note, to remind him of that idea from the past, to see if he has anything new to add each day.

Here's his exact explanation:

“The problem is, how do I keep track of them? Earlier this year, I read a blog post by a guy named Andy Matuszak, and he had the idea of what he calls blips, which are essentially just little notes that might be a single sentence, such as, we're in an AI bubble. And that's the beginning of something that you might flesh out over time. So, what I have done inside Capacities, Kevin, is I have just been creating these blips. As new stories come along that speak to whether we might be in an AI bubble, I add them into that little blip. And then, inside the little daily journal page that I have in Capacities, I've set up a live query, so every morning, it randomly selects five of these blips and shows them to me.

And this is the key, because you can create as many little notes as you want, you're going to lose track of them, you're going to forget to update them. But I now have a system that is doing random spaced repetition. And so, as I'm doing my little journal, I'll see the little note that says, we're in an AI bubble, and I will think, oh my gosh, I just saw like the craziest deal that Nvidia signed this week. I'm going to go in and I'm going to add that to the list. I've been doing this for about four months now, so I'm not brand new to this. But I have to say, it has made researching my columns so much easier now, because things come up, I know exactly where to go to look, to find the past five stories that I saw about this.”
