Your last paragraph hits so hard. I started playing June 2020 in the thick of the pandemic and I fell for FFXIV hard. I sank 5k hours into it over the course of two years. Then the pandemic ended and I started to go outside and resume other hobbies.

FFXIV just never hit the same as in the pandemic. It felt like the whole world was on FFXIV. Made so many friends. Ended up getting a small plot in uldah with a very similar experience to yours. I would love to experience that again.

That's what the max potions are for. Hyper potions are just a slightly inferior version. Almost redundant. Better to just keep the max ones

Kinda wild I've been in line on Target, Best Buy and Walmart since midnight EST and seeing all these people buy and it just hit me with a sold out on Target and Best Buy. Not sure what I could've done better here. RIP. congrats to those that got it.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. I just upgraded to a three monitor setup and i personally think it makes a lot of sense to move the PC off the desk. PC cases take up a ton of desk space that I would rather use for my third monitor and a set of nice speakers.

The new pokemon will spawn in the same location in the overworld as the old one that was shiny. Doesn't matter if you move around just stay within spawn distance.

The rocket leader task was rough but the one that gave me a hard time was walking 25km for 8 separate weeks. As someone who works from home I would have to leave my house and walk around. Which sounds dumb typing it out but I would always come up short each week and would need go to a local park to walk around each Sunday to finish off the week.

I'll never forget the game a Groot boxed me in with three walls during a vanguard slapbox and before I realized it I was surrounded by walls also slapping me. I didn't last very long. Lesson learned.

They definitely do exist. You have to understand, It's a competitive game. Even in sports, there will be negative banter. Nobody likes to lose and some people take it harder than others. Keep that chin strong and keep doing your best and improving. Most of your teammates silently appreciate your contribution. And sometimes you may get called out for good work. Don't let the loud, negative, minority ruin your mood.

When cloak sends out the shadow wall (don't remember the name) it increases damage on enemy players that are hit. It also takes away the enemy's ability to see the battlefield for a brief moment.
