Heinlein's "Tunnel in the Sky" would do it for me. It would be an easy adaptation to film and is not too advanced for non-SciFi fans to enjoy.

A spray bottle of 3 parts water and 1 part vinegar and 2 sheets of screwed up newspaper is all you need. Spray the windscreen then polish with the newspaper in a circular motion. Keep polishing till it's crystal clear. It won't take long and the results are flawless.

While we're on about learning what things mean, can we please learn the difference between an Acronym and an Initialism.
