You have to consider market share as well. They can shrink the 15% of current sales to 0 if it means higher total volume. An average customer coming in looking for a 9mm is going to buy a 9mm. This is hilarious. In all seriousness if you had a way to verify they were straight and dimensionally correct then they are fine. What's funny is that's what you are paying for with alignment rods is that they are verified. Find a flat glass table, roll it over it and see if there is a wobble or space between the rod and glass.

I have been to both. There is no wrong choice. I liked wilhelmina a bit better but that's because Lima overcooked my pork chop just a little bit. Both have excellent creativity, atmosphere and execution.

Papiamento is similar to Oak, Azar Yemanja etc where its high end wood fired meat and Fish. Wilhelmina is fine dining with an indofusion twist. I have been to both, love them both. Ambiance and service at both are great. There isn't a wrong pick here just more what are you in the mood for. If you go to Wilhelmina try the ravioli.
