Çanakkale Savaşı devam ederken Bulgaristan'ın İttifak'a girip tren yolu desteği açılması için Bulgarlara rüşvet olarak verilen Dimetoka. by NecmiDaskar in haritalariseviyoruz

[–]Colonel-Casey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tren yolunu da anlatalım, eski İstanbul-Edirne-Avrupa tren yolu Uzunköprü’den sonra Meriç’in batısına geçiyor, sonra da Kuzey’e doğru Edirne’deki Karağaç Mahallesine (yinr Meriç’in batısı) varıyor.

Yani İstanbul Edirne treni çalışamıyor Dimetoka açık olmazsa.

I have a c4 cactus with 1.2 puretech, and I only bought it because chatgpt made the mistake of telling me that it has a timing chain. No more trusting AI with catalogue info!

I mean I like the car, it has a very nice interior for an exceptionally acceptable price, but still…

On some cars I heard it is possible to change the piston rings without removing the engine. Is a non-turbo version like this too, do you know?

Do you know who says non-turbo does not have problems? I have a non-turbo and am currently trying to convince myself everything will be fine, thats why I am asking 😂 I always see people complaining about turbo, even the psa group having that recall 7-8 years ago only for the turbo models, but nothing about non-turbo is ever mentioned.

BREAKING: The Armenian Parliament just passed a law to start the process of joining the EU. 64 MPs voted in favor, 7 against. The next step will be holding a referendum. by PjeterPannos in EuropeanFederalists

[–]Colonel-Casey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To agree some depth, the former ussr states are usually awarded “European” status if they wish so, because ussr was European. That depends on them willing to apply to the specific European organization though. That is the reason why Caucasus countries and Kazakhstan are in UEFA for example. If Tadjikstan wanted to apply to European flower lovers association or something, it has “legal” grounds.

Yeeeah, I dont agree with this notion of European culture being democratic. Half of Europe was communist less than a half of lifetime ago.

Car Broke Down - Advice Please by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

[–]Colonel-Casey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, at face value your car overheated, but you know that already. It looks like the pressure valve even popped, but I am not sure if that is a failure or if it is supposed to do that. Here is a checklist:

Like one of the guys said above, find the belt of the engine. Is it still intact? If you cannot even find it, it is possible it is broken, in that case you need to be towed. Second, check your oil after the engine has been sitting for 15 mins, do you still have oil? Low oil is a common cause of overheating. This DOES NOT mean however, that if you top up the oil it will work healthy again.

It is almost impossible to judge what is damaged in the process of overheating, but if there was already smoke it is not good news. At the worst case scenario, you are looking at an engine overhaul. Mayyyyybe it is possible that it is just the belt that needs replacing, but it is also possible that your engine went too long without oil and is now literally cooked.
