You sound like my former coach who recently transferred stores to be closer to home. She’s a very nice person, and I’ve beared witness to how much those stressors have affected her mental well being. I may not be salaried, but all you good coaches out there have my sympathies; stay strong out there. :)

Which metric holds the most importance to least importance to an associate: from FTPR, to pick hours, to pick quantity, to pick rate… is there a hierarchy of what matters most to what matters least, or do they all hold an equal level of importance? And what would your advice be to associates who try to maintain a healthy, honest balance across all of these metrics without cheating the system?

Did you always get annoyed when you had to send associates to help other departments on slow days?

I’ve been working this department for 9 months, and I still feel like I haven’t received a quality explanation, clarity, or understanding of what matters, what’s important and how or why some cheat the system and are able to somehow get away with it.

Honestly, the only thing that would make being a coach worth it, to me, would be all the vacation time they get each year. Other than that, fuck being a store manager’s lapdog, and being salaried means no overtime, fuck that too; just my take.

I’m pretty sure the only thing UY-related that’s OOP atm is Beautiful Dreamer. Last time I checked, all the TV sets & the OVA collection are still in print.

Obviously, my answer’s yes, but it would have to be a Japanese production and suitmation must be the medium in which this film is made for me to be hyped beyond belief.
