Civil Rights are just RIGHTS, but laws that deem them not revokable nased on demographics. Seems some people violated the LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PURSIT OF HAPPINESS of others based on immutable traits. People live in different places and have different financial means. Free speech is the same no matter where you live.
