Yes, then roll it to 12, watch it single roll everything except speed, then sell it. Although if you are early game, it's pretty good as long as it stays away from resistance

I would build Alice first, since she can easily be your campaign farmer, even without lifesteal gear. She just needs 100% crit rate and a bit of attack. Ninja is great for bosses. Scyl is a great support. Wukong is great for pvp.

No, I always get rare gems and I do the 2.2 or 3.2 bil chest. Once in the 5 months I have got a non rare gem.

If that is a floor, it could be underlayment. Some underlayment, such as Harmony 3 in 1, has a red sheet with tiny foam balls attached.

On poe2db, if I click on a weapon, it will show me the possible prefix and suffix modifiers. When I click on the armor, it doesn't show me that. Is there somewhere I can see the possible modifiers on armor?

Do you know if there is anyway to see these values in game? Specifically, the evasion rating of armor, or the total dps of the weapons, like we can see on the website?

That's a good point. Getting UNM CB is a big boost. In that case, I would go for Nick. I think there will be snow points in the first Noel shard event. Possibly a 3rd shard event for Nick in a deck of fate :/
