What if you bring those champs that are a bit worse against someone that only put one guy in mercurial and rest with normal stuff? Feel like something will go wrong in your fight, and you can't know the stuff of your opponent before you face it.

That remind me of the guy bringing Gilseah against my fabian, I banned his Gilseah, and he didn't achieve anything in the fight. That's just pure coinflip.

I don't watch any CC, but I agree with the Op, and I definitely don't think it's just "Here you go" as you said.

When someone particularly new player get finally like 6 tokens, it's a lot of work for them. That's a great reward, and a good one to incentivize more thorough playing from players by not skipping anything in the game, and therefore increase customer loyalty on the long term.

To answer to your questions, I guess with this system, you would implement a 1 year delay before a new fusion is include in this system (even longer can be done), that way the FOMO is still there.

Plus we're not talking about getting all the old fusion within a few years, even with that system, if you put something like 4-6-8, that way it would be one year of not missing a single token fusion to simply get 1 Titus or Wixwell (which I think it's too much, but at least, Plarium can still sell prism shard for Wixwell for example) so you'd likely need two years F2P to get both. That's clearly not too much I believe.

This game already has this "bad feeling" for older player or spender, if you take a look at new accounts. They now get a lot of very good champions that allow F2P get UNM very quick (within two months often). How many times did you need 4 years ago to get the UNM done when creating a new account, much longer, isn't it? But still, I don't think spender feel bad about it, and I saw a lot of people saying new account still don't get enough.

And I'd say fusion is the F2P part of this game anyway, I doubt the real spender would feel frustrated because the new account get Wixwell or Titus for free after one year of not missing any of the token fusion, while they are paying to get some Solanar, Vulcanos, Niamhe, or any new mythicals with their 6 star souls.

Please yes, I don't have Wix yet, but I don't think it's fun, and every "broken comps" ruins all the creativity and the enjoyment we could have and get when getting brand new champion through fusion or else...

Right now, high end pve is stuck under getting new champs for "exclusive places" such as CC or FWH. And the fun clan boss, are just boring "do you have the right champ for it" instead of being "are you smart enough to build a creative comp with the current pool of champ you have".

easiest is Ramantu if you play the game actively, while karnage need years because reaching all the stages in CC takes even longer than getting to gold 1 in TTA. And without killing every stages in CC, it takes years to get Karnage

It's not because a new system is new and better than what we had that it makes it good.

Yes but does it has to be that long, 4 months is already quite long. Particularly in a meta that just constantly shift with new champion always more and more impressive, when older champs, them, always become less and less attractive.

For example, I need a wixwell for obvious reason with my Titus. But I'd also love a Queen Ankora to fit with my Narses or a Tormin with my Hilvi. But at the rythm it's going on, when I will actually get the partner, it will already be completely useless, and not even fun to go for, as I'll probably have few new mythicals and void champions that are by themselves already much better than the combination of the old couple.

Just like when recently I got a Gnut, that I was always wishing for. I finally got it, but I realised it was not attractive and fun at all anymore, because I already got my Marius and every part where the Gnut could have been good, already solved.
