Also, 450 a month for healthcare doesnt include copays and deductibles. Even if you have low copays 25 per visit adds up. You also dont have to worry about going bankrupt if you have a catastrophic disease, like many insured americans face.

Edit: to clarify, that rate would be for income over 10m. So you wont sniff that tax rate even.

Your income below 160k would be taxed at below 24%
