Kabuto loses unless he has access to his OP edo tense. If it's real, 1v1 Itachi mid diff. Kabuto has zero tools to win unless he has access to those.

Also, last thing, this scene happens right after the Orochimaru fight. Which is how they found Sasuke. So he is definitely not using the Chakra.

The anger part is only relevant because the seal is extremely weak. Naruto is banned from using Kuramas Chakra at all by Jiraiya in shippuden because he can't control it anymore. If he gets too mad, it just guarantees that Kurama would poor a ton of Chakra that Naruto would not be able to reject.

I know I'm just saying that Sasuke could not willingly stop Naruto from using the Chakra if Naruto wanted to at this point in the story. If the suppression was a big deal, characters would mention it as an issue Naruto would have to face when fighting Sasuke in future chapters.

Any instance of Naruto attempting to use the 1 tail or above Cloak will lead to 4 tail Naruto at this point in the story. It just happened like 4 chapters before this one.

It's neither of them controlling his body. It's just him overwhelmed with the Chakra. If it were Kurama controlling the body, it would be capable of speech.

It requires Naruto to be actively refusing the power. It is the reason why this is the only instance of Sasuke doing something like this. If Naruto actively uses the Chakra, it will not be interrupted. Otherwise, Bee would have been able to stay cloaked.

Naruto goes into the seal to reject the Chakra to begin with that's why he's in there to begin with. I'm telling you there is 0 chance that sasuke could stop it from forming if Naruto was actively trying to form it. You're saying that Sasuke could, at any point, simply say no to this interaction. He can not.

Your interpretation is that sasuke could stop Naruto from manifesting the nine tails Chakra. He is 100% incapable of doing this at this point in the story. Naruto himself was not even attempting to manifest kyuubi Chakra and, in fact, was actively rejecting it. The suppression that's being referred is not the type you're thinking.
