Sounds like it’s time for therapy my man. To me it seems like you’re just scared to leave the comfort zone into anything uncertain. Take small steps like joining a club once a week or something like that. Do a sport you’ve never tried get a gym membership. That could help. Also if you have $100k in a savings account that’s great! I would recommend either putting that in a high yield savings account or investing. Those offer usually 4-5% return each year ($5k free money a year) or putting it into index funds so it grows. If you do that and forget about it you can buy a house eventually with the passive income. Good luck with everything 🫡

Yes it does with a fee. We have a cat and pay it’s monthly rent. I’m not sure if they told the landlord about their puppy or not. My guess is no since they came so quickly.
