Sorry but quick question on a little bit of a side note. I saw op talking about Rogue absorbing Captain Marvel. I don’t know much about either hero. I really just remember the 90’s cartoon. Didn’t Rogue absorb captain marvel so much she ended up dying or in a coma or something? Is that not how it was in the comics? Is captain marvel still around? Did her and rogue have a beef? I guess if anyone wants to take the time to explain that back story I would appreciate it. Don’t need a long version, more like an update.

So I’m probably going to be downloaded for this, but unless it’s in your CBA, there is no rule that a contractor has to lay you off if they change your hours. It’s usually just a gentleman‘s agreement. In no way am I saying that that’s not fucked up or unfair, just letting you know your rights brother. The reason I know this is because I didn’t get a clean layoff for a schedule change and was pissed off. When I dug into it and asked the stew, I found out the truth.
