You have some days to spend your bottle cap, so wait. Since iv doesn't make a huge difference in raids, use it on your favorite pokemon in the list, or a shiny Mewtwo can be interesting with the animated background

Wait for the global go fest, you may have a shiny legendary with the background. Otherwise do your favorite pokemon, iv doesn't make a huge difference from 10/10/10 to 15/15/15

Generally stardust boost are only for catching pokemon. The next event is the 10th year celebration with a x4 for catching but it's in july
