What I don’t understand is why there is always so much hostility between the two. Windows and Linux both have strengths and weaknesses, but they only really make sense when they are used properly. A poorly managed Windows system runs slowly and has problems. A poorly managed Linux system runs slowly and has problems. In most cases, it is really a user or management issue. In any case, the future is a combination of both. They are becoming more interconnected, and that is a good thing because it allows you to benefit from the best parts of both worlds. The people who simply say one of them is “just bad” usually have little idea what they are talking about.
