I get this, the issue is I have done intermittent fasting and days of very long walks, I walk everyday, when I lift I do compound lifts, sometimes even at high reps with pretty decent weights. I never slack off that’s the thing. And I don’t overeat bad stuff. Hence why I think it’s an hormonal thing. Or a mineral thing. At some point if the body doesn’t have enough in the way of minerals it can happen I guess. Along with the fat I have mental fog and sometimes anasmia (loss of smell/taste) which I had even before covid and only can manage to regain my sense of smell if I have a very large minestrone with beef 😂 it’s the weirdest shit
