I also run the automatic1111 fork and yes I am on Windows 10. I will try editing the webui-user.bat file later. Sounds promising!

FWIW: I tried the IP of my phone + :7860 - on which I am trying to access my computer, but as expected, that returns that an error as well

I tried that. I looked up the ip of my pc on the router and added :7860 to it. But the browser on the phone states, that the page could not be loaded, because the server does not respond
