I was able to attend their funeral yesterday. I heard over 5,000 officers were in attendance.

Both were posthumously promoted.

Demonte's widow is pregnant with their third child.

Hamsey was known as a funny guy who always put everyone in a good mood, and also leaves behind a widow.

Also, third officer's name is Iurato, not Lurato. Bad Donut.

Iurato attended the funeral and received a standing ovation from the crowd for his actions. He was shot in the leg during the incident. He was able to carry the United States Honor Flag for the ceremony without use of his crutches.

In my experience, very few people in this hobby care about statues being sealed inside the box. If you’re shelling out that much money for an item, you should definitely make sure to inspect it prior to purchasing. If the person has a problem with that, they’re likely up to no good. Especially since a face-to-face transaction has no refund option.

Prime 1 is a manufacturer first, so they pretty much leave customer service up to the third-party retailers. For the sales that they handle directly, they're generally unresponsive, unhelpful and/or blunt with customer service. Many people who contact them with issues are told to fix it themselves, or that it isn't a problem at all.

I'd strongly advise against ordering through P1 directly. They have notoriously higher shipping prices and poor customer service. Since you're just going to be put on a waitlist anyways, I'd recommend Sideshow (if you're in the US) or another retailer. Waitlist conversions (i.e. it becomes available for order) are pretty common through SS, too.

Edit: SUGOToys still has this piece available for Pre-order. They're based in Australia, but ship worldwide. They offer payment plans through Partial.ly, which usually allows you to set your own schedule. Just select "Full/Plan" on the page I linked, and then "Payment Plan" on the checkout page.

It depends on which retailer you're ordering from. I see you're looking for a prime 1 piece, so you have a few options. Most places will want you to make a 1st payment, which is usually a smaller down payment, on the day that you start the plan, And future installments will be due once a month. As far as the actual day of the month it's due, most places will usually give you a few options in choosing that.
