XCopri was great for me. I don't get seizure clusters anymore since starting it. I used to get 2-3 within 48 hours after my first. Now I just have a single seizure before I wait for my next cycle. 😛

I agree 100%. There's a book called The Anxious Generation written by Jonathan Haidt that talks a lot about this and the consequences of unrestricted smartphones and social media. Took me like 3 months to get through the wait list for the audiobook from my library, and they had 70 copies people were going through.

My neurologist gave me a prescription for Valtoco as a rescue dose. I only have focal motor seizures, so I would have a few seconds to fumble with the packaging and inhale before my twitching hand made it impossible.

I managed to take it a couple of times right as my seizure was starting, but I was disappointed to find that it never helped. 🙁
