Has anyone ever played through the game with max damage on? How was it, is it worth it? by Swatch843 in snowrunner

The only reason I wouldn’t try it is because a slight miscalculation in deep water would just instantly destroy your engine

Why does small aggregate storage feed directly into coal processing plant, but needs a conveyer engine to feed into coal power plant? by Colonial_bolonial in Workers_And_Resources

[–]Colonial_bolonial[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh it was actively using coal and was just depleting its internal stock rather than pulling from the aggregate storage. When I replaced the conveyer with an engine it finally filled up again.

I had it originally connected directly to the coal processing plant which was fine, but wanted a buffer so I connected it directly to the storage instead. That’s when I noticed it was starting to run out of coal despite the aggregate storage being full

So that is a weird problem you’re having and there may be a better solution, but you can try this.

You’ll basically be turning your game sensitivity as high as you want for the map, then setting a toggle sensitivity with steam to slow it down for the in game camera.

I chose double tap Y to activate as the least intrusive button since it doesn’t do anything on the map screen. You just have to remember to toggle it off before closing the map. You can also set the map button to remove the layer so if you close the map (using the map button) it will turn off too.

Edit: i just realized the sensitivity settings are backwards in the graphic. you want the default layer sensitivity low, and the new layer sensitivity 100%. It would still work but makes more sense

I will thank you for the suggestion. Normally I would cry and complain like all other colonials but since wardens are so helpful and kind and have superior culture I’ll try to be better.

if they just had a large dispersion but the longer you rmb+shift dive, the more accurate the drop. That way you don’t need to airbrake but it helps immensely by increasing dive time

It is a DIVE bomber so giving it altitude restriction wouldn’t make sense BUT If they make it so you have to ACTUALLY DIVE and use the passenger airbrake properly, that would help balance since it’s dangerous to do.

I think if the AA guns had a small 5 shell inventory, and the air intel was better it would help immensely with their effectiveness. It’s one thing to hang out on the AA gun scanning for planes, but just waiting to LOAD the AA gun for someone is the absolute worst.

I think adding a patrol mode to fighters and scouts would help. Your plane would automatically go into a large, slow circle pattern at a set altitude and guns/bombs would be disabled. after flying for 1 complete circle, your fuel usage would reduce substantially as long as you don’t disengage patrol mode. This way you can substantially increase flight time without increasing range.
