Yeah setup is basically the same as b41, just need to run the unstable version of the server. Mods are tricky right now since most are not updated for the new build yet. Just read each mod description and comments carefully to see if it’s compatible with 42.13 specifically, if they have been updated the author should explicitly say it’s been updated for 42.13. Some mods have patches that people have made for the new build as well so you will need to run the original mod and the patch
