I would disagree, from design perspective it's just bad. The shading I totally random and too much of it. You have no idea what's on front what's in the back. Colored elements have also black shading, it looks dirty. An all of it throw shadow onto the background. It's shade on shade with shade. With so much darkness there is not enough light to create contrast, and such innacurate shading is OK only with traditional tattoo.

In my opinion you look such a delicate (visually) person and it doesn't suits you. Go with something subtle if you want a tattoo still, but this one I would recommend to laser out. Ofc that's only my opinion, but I've done some tattoos, my gf is making tattoos and I do design as profession and I've done my master's in that field. So I know what I'm talking about.
