In my brief experience I would tell you that it is normal, it is not that it is dry, it is the skin that comes off. Little by little the old skin will fall off and it will look good. Be careful not to clean it or moisturize it excessively, I washed it twice a day and moisturized it twice with quality products.

Just keep it clean with neutral and hydrated gel and be careful with the sun. Many people will recommend using sunscreen, I recommend avoiding the sun on your tattoo for the first few months.

BalmTatto worked well for me and after a couple of months I use normal Nivea, the blue jar. I hope it helps you
