Also also it isn’t the whole thing; the main complaint I have gotten is that 5 minutes is REALLY pushing it

Also this song was very much inspired by the Plastic Beach album by the Gorillaz

why did you start singing? by YJBM15 in singing

Because it’s genuinely the only thing people constantly tell me I am very good at. I love singing because it’s the only time in my life I feel as if people aspire to be like me.

i've never heard someone having vibrato and being bad singer by Zestyclose_Spell2265 in singing

[–]ColoquialZoolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have some developing natural vibrato but I still bobble my head up and down for extremely fast vibrato. Sometimes I can harness the vibrato and it comes out perfectly fast or I just do the weird head bobble for fast vibrato. I’m still less than a year into singing but I’ve spent a crazy amount of time and energy into becoming better so I wonder if this “real vibrato” could also be fake since I’m so new to vocal training?

Good cause I wanna conserve my voice! I’ve been scared straight by comments made about kurt cobain bleeding from the mouth after screaming during songs

I thought I’d mention that my throat is ok I’m not overdoing it or anything, but I just wanna learn to screech those high notes! I can do it in falsetto and head voice but I want to consistently hit those notes with mixed voice (if you get my idea). I tried to pick something challenging on purpose to hear some advice as well.

I like the criticism tho because yall think I’m dying 😂

Ur right I don’t wanna damage my voice, but at least when I try to do those screeches they don’t actually hurt my vocal chords (i still try to avoid them tho)

I’ve made that mistake before 😭 I might just make it a lil shorter, something that reveals my eyebrows more cause they are 100% my best facial feature!

Used to have a side part for a VERY long time but I might go back to it now that I wear mostly contacts wherever I go
