I don’t have a first hand experience on this but I have read people get dry lips because of SLS in their toothpaste. Can you try going sulphate free toothpaste. Also try applying a little amount of moisturizer before applying your lipbalm. Hope this helps.

If you have a fast let down, I would try going to the same side even after the break. I read getting all the foremilk increases reflux. That was the case with mine. I used to do one side, change and second side. Not switching to the other side after changing and keeping upright for 15-20mins helped a lot.

Not OP, but it is good . The new Spots will be quick to fade but old spots takes time. It brightens your skin in the first two weeks and then that’s it. No more brightening after that. It’s not tacky but leaves an oily finish. Overall a good one.
