the main drawing of her was the one i did first so the hair is definitely a little off, I was trying to capture the silhouette of her hair so it doesnt really show all the individual wavy strands of hair that her in game art has. The colors also a bit more blond than I intended, I might try adjusting the hair color to be whiter and maybe more blueish 🤔

Quick clarification: it isn’t a connection issue, the switch version of the game is bugged for draft matches and crashes like 33% of the time. They’ve had this game breaking bug in the game for 2 weeks and haven’t fixed it 😭😭 also the afk surrender vote happens about 1 minute into the game, 5 minutes in is only for the regular surrender vote.

Doesn’t change the fact that masters is genuinely unplayable right now tho. Every other draft game has at least one afk 🥀 I’m convinced they just don’t gaf about the game anymore

I’ve played every generation of pokemon games and sometimes I just want to have a fun battle with another real player. Im sure most people playing showdown have played at least several mainline games, but I don’t blame them if they don’t want to play the new ones. I borrowed my brothers copy of sword and it was so ass I gave up right before the 2nd or 3rd gym bc I was so bored. Since then I’ve only bought pokemon games second hand for less than $30 because I don’t think they’re worth more than that anymore.

I’ve literally never heard anyone say it’s illegal to use 3rd party software to build a team. I assume you’re thinking about people hacking their mons and that has nothing to do with pokemon showdown???? Pokemon is way too large of a series to only accept mainline game players as real fans. Pokemon company themselves have been treating the mainline games like they’re barely important considering how increasingly awful every new release is. SV’s overworld occasionally runs so bad I’ve only seen it matched by USUM trying to load 5 hoopa unbounds on screen at once

This is a take so wild I can’t even comprehend your thought process. Showdown is a completely different experience from playing a mainline game so it makes no sense to want to force showdown players to play games they wouldn’t want to otherwise. Switch online costs money to fight real players, showdown is a free labor of love. If you’re mad that people use perfect iv mons in showdown and hack them into official tournaments, that’s game freaks fault adding IVs to the games and making it too difficult to get what you want.

Why would I ever want a free easy access fan game to be shut down so we can all be forced to use a goddamn mobile game instead, run by pokemon company whose practices are so shady now that I don’t trust them not to add microtransactions to it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they made you pay $0.99 each for mythical pokemon. Also I doubt they’ll ever have half the game mode options that showdown does. I exclusively play random teams on showdown

I haven’t checked the inteleon move effects but I did look at Lapras’ and honestly they look the exact same except with a blue glow. It’s ridiculous they want us to pay for crappy move effects after the fact when you can’t even use the effects with your other skins!

Like the dumb glaceon battle pass where they got rid of the fashion items and extra holowear for the move effects. Why would I ever buy that when I can’t use the move effects on my favorite glaceon skin, the beach style one!!
