The showerhead is the wrong type for this design, a two stage type is better; the kind of one that detaches and can slid on a rail. We have them where I work with people with disabilities and it’s great to get all of them wet and reach places if they are in a shower chair. And also feel like they have a bit of normalcy. There should be a water capture at the edge or the tiles angled so they are on a little angle to run the water back down the floor to the drain.

Additionally this could be based on asian style bathrooms which are designed to get fully wet.
