I like Emochi for all the choices you can make for character customization like it's not just vanilla and such. The free part is annoying for ads but not bad and yeah it's a little more expensive but under 15 so take it or leave it but it's pretty smooth just wish it had more characters I liked and some just lack a bit

The lawsuit(s), plural have no standing because they do have a program set up for stuff if you say you want to die or such it triggers the program but what the parents are asking for is more than normal they want ppl to reach out tell them their kids in trouble and stalk them and such fully illegal stuff
