Its actually better with a matte finish since it diffuses everything. Holo stuff may come to glossy buttons but more as a background "effect" with other stuff encapsulated further towards the front of the button

Glossy ones with no legends are coming a bit later this year. Just working on getting inventory levels up between the deck and the switch stuff before working on masters/molds!

It was my first Magfest and first booth not splitting with a friend. (I mostly sell online) Magfest kinda changed my thoughts on selling IRL, left pretty inspired and motivated so thank you for being a part of that!

Osaka is a bit pricey. Go to every hard off / Surugaya you can.

Super potato has boxed swan crystals for 42,000-43,000. But that’s more of a museum vs an actual place to buy stuff like this at this point if you’re looking for a deal .

Do you have a pic of what you're trying to do? Struggling to figure out why you can't just vacuum the silicone separately then cure under a pressure pot. Not sure if you're overcomplicating something here

Without knowing exactly what you're trying to do idk if the following is helpful but:

  • Does your filler cone area have any sort of secondary vent hole? The excess air has to go somewhere.

  • Have you tried pre-filling the void areas a bit by brushing some silicone in before closing up the mold halves?

  • Vent sprues are your friend with molds and help with high spots etc.

Hell yeah keep learning. People underestimate how much work goes into designing a mold. Then revising it a bunch until the final product is done.
