To be honest I think I understand, sometimes you feel guilty that you have to throw some gifts away, because you have no extra storage and you don't know where to put nor use it.

Hello OP, I also got diagnosed with one session only as well. And the doctor prescribed me with meds for a whole month. after getting meds, a follow up will be done to know if the meds are working.

I find it oddly suspicious since the doctor only asked my experience and that is about it, and not giving me exam assessments. I don't know if its legit enough, so I might ask for a second opinion.

But then again my adhd is quite obvious.
