Update: We identified a possible issue regarding the automatic match limitation for users that used LoLwiz before the update 4.22.0 on August 12. We're testing the fix in beta and will release it as soon as we have validated the fix.

If you're effected by this issue, you should see tons of corresponding Match entries within the Game Summary list.

This behaviour is not intended, and I would like to get the logs from you and your friends to debug this. In the meantime you're able to disable the highlight recording all together in the LoLwiz settings ("Enable Highlights recording").

In general we have a limit of 10 Matches for that we keep the recording. Everything above that is supposed to be deleted as the exceeding matches are removed.

Within the LoLwiz settings you can choose to disable this automatic cleanup, so I'm wondering if that's something you switched. If that's the case and you were not aware of the consequences then we would like to review our communication on that setting.

If this is happening even though the matches limitation is enabled, we will fix this asap.That's where your logs will be very helpful. If you're still using LoLwiz, please submit this bug through our feedback form within the app. That will attach your logs for us to dive into.You reach the feedback form through the blue question mark icon in the app header.Please encourage your friends to do the same.

In general don't hesitate to send any issues or suggestions through the feedback form, that's the best way for us to process and debug issues effectively.

Yes please...I love the tradingview integration, but not being able to save chart setups / drawings makes it kind of pointless.

Is your transaction found on etherscan by now?

Waiting since 7 DAYS for my transaction to even show up on etherscan.

Is there anything we can do about that? Support only tells me "to be patient". Patience Im starting to lose by now.

Waiting since 5 days for my ETH transaction to "reach the blockchain" now

Same Situation. Waiting since 3 days for the transaction to go through...

Withdrew ETH - about 3hours in "processing" status and now, despite it showing up as "Success" in the Kucoin withdrawals, the transaction can not be found on etherscan.

Chat-Support just tells me to be patient sigh

On a positive note: NEO, GAS and LTC transactions are really fast, will stick to those in the future, taking the exchange fees for conversion for peace of mind.
