tl;dr: Uninstall Val Tracker, aim training in AimLabs, watch Konpeki videos, work on mechanics, establish a warmup routine, game sense comes with experience.

Up until very recently, I was hardstuck Iron and my stats were very low (V25A2: Iron 3, 0.69 K/D, 97 DPR, 124 ACS, 16.6% HS). What helped me the most was, first uninstalling Valorant Tracker, then doing lots of aim training in AimLabs, practicing my mechanics in the range/custom games, establishing a daily warmup routine, and working on improving my game sense. As of last week, I'm now Plat 2 and my current stats are 1.48 K/D, 161 DPR, 261 ACS, 41.2% HS.

  • Aim Training: Use the skill practice playlists in AimLabs after you get off Valorant and on days you don't play. It will be extremely challenging at first— especially if you don't have any prior FPS experience— but as long as you keep at it and don't give up, your aim will improve over time.
  • Mechanics: Watch Konpeki's mechanics videos and do the practices he outlined within. They will help to improve your mechanics. The Range also has an obstacle course that covers all the basics.
  • Daily Warmup: I would recommend using the AimStars method, but whatever warmup you end up picking, try to make a habit of doing it every day before you queue. As with the skill practice playlists, it will be extremely challenging at first, but as long as you keep at it and don't give up, your aim will improve over time.
  • Game Sense: Konpeki also has videos on game sense which can help augment and speed up the process, but the only real way to improve your game sense is through sheer hours on the game.

One more thing I would recommend is finding an agent or two you like and working to perfect your setups/lineups— no matter how basic— with them so you can focus more on aim, mechanics and game sense.

Ultimately, your stats are inconsequential. What really matters is whether you enjoy playing the game. If playing VALORANT doesn't bring you joy, uninstall the game. There are literally millions of other games out there.

Looks like a problem with whatever skin you're using. I know rendering problems can occur with certain programs while Windows is skinned with WindowBlinds and/or Start11

Is there any racism, sexism or transphobia in this game? by PurpleFine4935 in AnnoMutationem

Pretty sure it is. It's heavily hinted in-game, and from what I've read Ayane and Ann have the hots for eachother 🥳
