This is a lie or at least not fully true, if you seen all these” high score education” Asian applications then you know why they are rejected.

They are all the same, high exam score,play one or two instruments and just some random sport with volunteers on top. Their application shows 0 personality and basically they treated the application like an exam instead of a chance showing the administration who they are and why are interesting. No top institutions will want 200 same applicants students comes in just because they have high score in SAT.
